Where tracking lives in WooCommerce
Out of the box, WooCommerce has no tracking field. Stores add one with a shipment-tracking plugin or rely on order notes, and the customer learns the number from the completed-order email if someone pasted it in. At any real volume that step gets skipped, and the support inbox fills up.
The RouteOneX plugin writes the courier, AWB and tracking URL to the order when the shipment is created, adds a customer-visible order note, and can move the order to Completed so WooCommerce sends its email with the tracking details included.
One tracking page for every courier
Instead of sending customers to eight different courier websites, point them to a RouteOneX tracking page on your domain. It shows the same scan history for every courier in your branding, with your support details, and the link works from the WooCommerce email, the My Account order view and WhatsApp replies.
