The single-courier plugin trap
Each courier's own WooCommerce plugin ships only with that courier, at that courier's rate card, to that courier's pincodes. Add a second courier and you have two plugins, two dashboards, two invoices and no way to compare them per order. Add a third and the comparison lives in a spreadsheet that is always out of date.
One plugin, eight couriers
The RouteOneX plugin syncs orders once and gives every order a live quote from eight couriers for its pincode and weight, with delivery time, COD support and each courier's recent performance on that destination. Pick the best one per order, or let intelligent courier selection do it by rule. Labels, manifests, pickups, tracking and NDRs are handled the same way for every courier, and tracking is written back to WooCommerce automatically.

What changes in the numbers
Routing per order rather than per contract typically lowers the blended freight cost, because no single courier is cheapest everywhere. Just as important, RTO falls when you stop sending parcels to pincodes where a courier keeps failing, and weight disputes fall when every shipment carries correct weights from the product data. Those three together are usually worth more than any discount a single courier will negotiate.
