Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the RouteOneX platform, website and APIs, operated by RouteOneX Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“RouteOneX”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, completing KYC, or shipping through the platform, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

RouteOneX is a multi-courier aggregation platform. We let you compare live rates across integrated couriers, book shipments, manage the order lifecycle (tracking, NDR, returns, weight disputes), operate a shipping wallet, and receive COD remittance.

We are not a courier or a carrier. The physical pickup, transport and delivery of every shipment is performed by the third-party courier you select, and is subject to that courier's own terms, service levels and coverage. We facilitate booking and act as your agent in dealing with couriers; we do not take custody of your goods.

As a seller using RouteOneX, you agree to:

• Provide accurate KYC, GSTIN and bank details, and keep your account and pickup information up to date.
• Declare each shipment's true weight, dimensions, contents and order value, and package goods adequately for transit.
• Ship only lawful goods. You must not ship prohibited or restricted items (for example hazardous materials, illegal substances, or goods barred by a courier's policy or by Indian law).
• Comply with all applicable laws, including GST, e-way bill and consumer-protection requirements, and hold the rights to any consignee data you upload.

You are responsible for shipments booked under your account and for any charges, penalties or claims arising from inaccurate declarations or prohibited goods.

Rates shown are estimates based on the details you enter and the courier's published slabs; the final charge is confirmed at booking. Couriers bill on the higher of actual and volumetric weight, so if a shipment's re-weighed dimensions differ from your declaration, a weight-discrepancy adjustment may be applied to your wallet.

Shipping charges, surcharges (fuel, ODA, COD fees) and applicable GST are debited from your prepaid wallet at booking. You must maintain a sufficient wallet balance to ship; bookings will fail if funds are insufficient. Wallet recharges and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

For Cash-on-Delivery orders, the courier collects the order amount from the consignee and passes it to us for onward remittance to your registered bank account. Remittance is made on our standard cycle (typically D+2 from delivery confirmation, where D is the delivery date), net of applicable COD fees and any recoverable dues.

Remittance depends on the courier confirming collection and delivery. Amounts for disputed, undelivered or fraudulent COD orders may be held or reversed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, banking channels or incorrect bank details on your account.

Because the courier physically carries your goods, any liability for loss, damage, theft or delay in transit rests with the courier and is limited to that courier's declared liability and claims policy. We will assist you in raising claims with the courier, but we do not insure your shipments unless you purchase optional shipping protection.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RouteOneX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (including lost profits or goodwill), and our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the platform fees you paid to us in respect of the shipment giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
