Delivery date estimator
Pick the lane, courier, mode and ship date to get an expected delivery window you can promise customers, with pickup cut-off and Sundays accounted for.
Expected delivery · Shadowfax
Fri, 23 Oct – Mon, 26 Oct
Pickup Wed, 21 Oct · Metro to metro · 2–4 days transit
What decides transit time
Transit time depends on zone, mode and courier. Surface shipments move by road through hubs and take one to two days within a region and four to six across the country; express moves by air and takes one to two days almost everywhere. Couriers count transit from pickup, so an order booked after the afternoon cut-off starts a day later, and Sundays do not count on most networks.
Promise the later date
Promise the later date and deliver before it. Stores that show an honest window get fewer where-is-my-order tickets than stores that show the fastest possible date and miss it.
Questions about this tool
No. It is the typical transit for the zone and courier. Festivals, weather, address issues and remote pincodes can add days. Use it as a customer-facing estimate, not a contractual promise.
Some attempt Sunday deliveries in metros, but most networks treat Sunday as a non-working day for transit. The estimator skips Sundays to stay on the safe side.
On metro and zonal lanes, usually. On remote lanes air express still needs a road leg at the end, so allow two to four days.
