Multi-location fulfilment
Shopify Plus stores usually ship from more than one place: a main warehouse, a 3PL, perhaps a store doing ship-from-store. Shopify assigns each order to a location by its fulfilment priority and stock. RouteOneX maps each Shopify location to a pickup address, so an order routed to the Bengaluru warehouse is quoted and shipped from Bengaluru, with the zone and rate that implies, without anyone re-keying it.
Volume operations
Thousands of orders a day need bulk everything: import, courier allocation, label printing, manifesting and pickup requests per courier. Intelligent courier selection allocates each order on cost, speed and that courier's recent performance on the destination pincode, so the mix shifts automatically when a courier starts failing in a region. Weight disputes, which scale with volume, are tracked and contested centrally with the evidence couriers require.
- Bulk allocation, labels and manifests across couriers
- Rules by pincode performance, weight, value and tags
- Weight-dispute workflow with evidence trail
B2B and wholesale
Shopify Plus merchants selling to retailers and distributors ship pallets, not parcels. Cargo+ on RouteOneX covers part-truckload and full-truckload lanes for those orders, so B2B and D2C fulfilment live in one system with one reconciliation.
Finance and reconciliation
At scale the invoice from each courier is a document nobody can check by hand. RouteOneX reconciles freight, COD fees and remittances per order across all couriers and surfaces the discrepancies, so finance disputes what is wrong instead of sampling what it can.
