The challenge
Korra Label, a Bengaluru fashion brand shipping ~8,000 orders a month, was locked into a single courier, eating high RTO on tier-2 pincodes and absorbing weight-discrepancy charges they had no time to dispute. COD, remitted on T+7, kept cash tied up.
The solution
Switching to RouteOneX, Korra started comparing live rates across 8 couriers per order and routing to the best performer per pincode. RTO risk scoring flagged risky COD orders for WhatsApp verification, and weight discrepancies were auto-detected and disputed with photo evidence.
The results
Within a quarter, RTO fell by nearly a third, weight disputes returned ₹2.1L to their wallet, and D+2 COD remittance freed up cash to reorder inventory faster.
